The NAV mechanism
Your yield lives in the price of VXUSD.
Deposit
When you deposit $100 USDC, you receive VXUSD valued at the current NAV. If NAV is $1.02, you get ~98.04 VXUSD.
Yield accrues
The strategy harvests yield daily across all four protocols. Earnings flow back into the vault, lifting NAV — your VXUSD balance is unchanged, but each token is worth more.
Auto-compounding
Because yield is reinvested into the same strategy, returns compound continuously without any action from you.
Withdraw
When you redeem VXUSD, you receive USDC at the current NAV. The difference between deposit-time NAV and withdraw-time NAV is your yield, net of fees.
