Yield Discovery

Scans every yield surface in DeFi. Daily.

Yield Discovery is the eye of vildX — a continuous scanner that ingests every stablecoin yield position across every chain, protocol, and curator we cover. New strategies appear in DeFi weekly; this engine finds them, decodes them, and feeds them into the rest of the system.

The capabilities this engine contributes.

Surface coverage

Continuously indexes Morpho V1 & V2, Aave, Pendle, Ethena, Sky, Resolv, Ondo, Curve, Convex, Yearn, Lulo, Ember, Mellow, and more — every chain we support.

Strategy decode

Classifies each position by yield mechanism — lending, RWA, LST/LRT, synthetic dollar, fixed-rate PT, LP fee, bribes — and normalises APY methodology across protocols.

Net-of-fees view

Strips out emissions, performance fees, and management fees so vildX always compares true net APY, never the headline number.

New-pool detection

Flags strategies as soon as their TVL crosses our liquidity floor — typically 24–72 hours after launch.

Step-by-step flow — signals in, handoff out.

  1. Ingest pool metadata, APY history, TVL, and curator details directly from each protocol's API or subgraph.
  2. Normalise APY across yield mechanisms — emissions weighted, fees subtracted, lockups accounted.
  3. Score each surface against vildX's coverage universe and produce a daily candidate list.
  4. Pass the candidate list downstream to Engine 02 (Risk) for vetting before any capital moves.

Data feeds in. Signals out.
